Christmas Break – 2024/2025 Service Update 
With December just around the corner, we want to ensure our service users have all the information they need as we prepare for the holiday season.
Service Break Details:
– The service will be closing for the year with the final group session on Friday, 13th December.
– The office reopens on the 2nd January with regular groups starting again from the 6th January 2025, we’ll be sharing information about an extra session on the 2nd January soon.
– Crisis information will be provided closer to the break.
Dates of the last groups of 2024:
Born 2 Be Stockton – Monday 9th December
Cloud 9 & Wellbeing Wednesday – Wednesday 11th December
True Colours & Born 2 Be Hartlepool – Friday 13th December
