LGBT Partnership Bids

With nearly 20 years of experience supporting LGBTQ+ people and leading successful projects across the North East, Hart Gables has established a strong reputation in the charity sector. Over the years, the organisation has secured small, medium and large grants from reputable funders and foundations.

Our future is collaboration with all sectors, and we want to work with you.

Check out the details below.

‘LGBT partnership bids’ is an initiative set up by Hart Gables with an aim to generate more funding across Teesside and East Durham for LGBTQ+ specific projects.

Areas of need

We are interested in partnership work with organisations who prioritise the support of people living in poverty, people experiencing domestic abuse, people seeking asylum, and those working to improve the mental and physical health of people living in Teesside and East Durham.

We are open to other ideas and projects that meet the needs of the people we support.

Who can get involved?

We’d like to collaborate with mainstream organisations, local authorities, and LGBTQ specialist services.

How will we do it?

Regular meetings with key partners to discuss and explore partnership bids as a sole focus.

A robust terms of reference to ensure a consistent level of quality, fairness, and structure across all collaborative efforts.

If we are not the right fit for your project, we may know another LGBTQ+ organisation who is.

If you have an idea or have recently come across a funding opportunity, please contact sarah.lewis@hartgables.org.uk to set up a meeting.
